So it's really difficult when you first go into the supermarket and you think, wow, look at all this formula. It's so confusing. Which one do I choose? Infant formula which says 'from birth'. That can be used right through until the baby's 12 months of age if it's appropriate and suits your baby.

It's fine to choose a from birth formula that suits your budget. Cow's milk formula is usually recommended for healthy babies who are not breastfed. There is no independent evidence to suggest that any company's milk is better for your baby. Choose an age-appropriate formula. Your baby could become ill if you feed a formula intended for older babies.
